By accessing or using Lumify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Credits reset on your billing anniversary. Unused credits do not roll over. Refunds are not provided for unused credits, except as required by applicable law.
Your API tier determines your credit allocation and rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns are abusive or violate these Terms.
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumify AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
